I continuously work to improve the accessibility, usability, readability, and overall user experience of DNAXplore by considering relevant accessibility standards and established web accessibility practices.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) provide internationally recognized recommendations for improving the accessibility of web content for people with disabilities. WCAG is organized around principles and success criteria intended to help make digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. The guidelines define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Accessibility is regarded as an ongoing aspect of responsible digital communication. I remain committed to identifying opportunities for improvement and to making the content of this blog as accessible, understandable, and usable as reasonably possible for a broad range of users, including individuals with disabilities and people with different accessibility requirements.
My goal is to provide an inclusive digital environment in which readers can access scientific and educational information with as few unnecessary barriers as reasonably possible. Accessibility considerations may include content structure, readable typography, appropriate text formatting, descriptive alternative text for images where applicable, logical navigation, sufficient visual clarity, meaningful headings, and other practices intended to support effective use across different devices, browsers, assistive technologies, and user needs.
Although continuous efforts are made to improve accessibility, some elements of the blog may not yet fully conform to every applicable accessibility recommendation or to the highest level of WCAG conformance. Certain limitations may result from technical constraints, the underlying blogging platform, third-party technologies or services, embedded content, browser behavior, device configurations, or changes in accessibility standards and best practices.
Accessibility can also vary according to the combination of technologies used to access the blog. Differences in browsers, operating systems, mobile devices, display settings, assistive technologies, internet connectivity, and third-party components may affect how particular pages or features are presented or experienced.
For this reason, accessibility should be understood as an ongoing process rather than a one-time technical condition. This statement may be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect accessibility improvements, technological developments, changes to the blog, and the continued evolution of internationally recognized accessibility practices.
